Refund & Cancellations

At Compass Drug Screening of West Michigan, refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if testing kits or supplies have been shipped. Any appointment can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled testing time.

Appointments canceled after 48 hours within date of service are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

If a sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued; however, the test may be rescheduled.

Estimated test completion times are discussed during scheduling and confirmed at the time of testing. While we strive to deliver results on time, occasional delays may occur.

Once testing has been initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
